Shipping Policy

Delivery times

Please allow up to three working days for us to process your order prior to shipping. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. 
Approximate delivery times to different destinations are listed below.

Domestic shipping (United Kingdom)

All orders destined for addresses within the United Kingdom are shipped Royal Mail First Class and should arrive within 3-4 working days after despatch.

International shipping

Europe & Republic of Ireland

Orders destined for addresses within Europe and the Republic of Ireland are shipped by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed or Royal Mail International Tracked and should arrive within 5-7 working days after despatch.

We also offer Royal Mail International Standard shipping to certain European destinations. This is a non-tracked service. If you choose this option, please allow up to 28 days for delivery from the date of despatch.

USA & Canada

Orders destined for addresses the USA or Canada are shipped by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed or Royal Mail International Tracked and should arrive within 7-12 working days after despatch.

Asia-Pacific (Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea,Taiwan and Malaysia)

Orders destined for addresses in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea,Taiwan and Malaysia are shipped by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed or Royal Mail International Tracked and should arrive within 12-15 working days after despatch.

Duties and taxes

International packages may incur additional taxes, duties and fees. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s customs arrangements and policies before placing an order. Point 51 Limited is legally required to enter the full value of orders on customs forms.


Delivery to remote areas

Delivery to remote areas may lead to increased delivery times. Please allow up to 28 working days for delivery to remote areas.


What can I do if my order is damaged or I have received the wrong item?

If your order is damaged or incorrect, we will be happy to send you a replacement. Please email info [at] point51limited [dot] com including photographs clearly showing the damage or incorrect item, and the packaging it arrived in.
