Delivery times

Please allow up to three working days for us to process your order prior to shipping. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. 
Approximate delivery times to different destinations are listed below.

Domestic shipping (United Kingdom)

All orders destined for addresses within the United Kingdom are shipped Royal Mail First Class and should arrive within 3-4 working days after despatch.

International shipping

All international orders are shipped by Royal Mail International Standard. Please find estimated delivery times below. We can also arrange delivery by courier upon request – if you require this option, please contact us.

Europe & Republic of Ireland
7-10 working days after despatch

USA & Canada
7-12 working days after despatch

Rest of World
12-18 working days after despatch

Due to postal restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain destinations. If you cannot find your destination at checkout, please contact us for information on delivery by courier.

You can calculate your shipping fee once you have added your items to your shopping cart. Please enter the destination country to see prices and delivery options.

Duties and taxes

International packages may incur additional taxes, duties and fees. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s customs arrangements and policies before placing an order. Point 51 Limited is legally required to enter the full value of orders on customs forms.

Delivery to remote areas

Delivery to remote areas may lead to increased delivery times. Please allow up to 28 working days for delivery to remote areas.

What can I do if my order is damaged or I have received the wrong item?

If your order is damaged or incorrect, we will be happy to send you a replacement. Please email info [at] point51limited [dot] com including photographs clearly showing the damage or incorrect item, and the packaging it arrived in.
