Where does the name come from?

The name Point.51 comes from the geographical meeting point – in degrees of latitude – between Britain and continental Europe in the English Channel.

Who is behind Point.51?

Point.51 is put together by a team of journalists and photographers from across Europe, and is edited by Rob Pinney, Nick St. Oegger, Sara Taglioretti and James Graham.

Are you offering subscriptions?

Not yet, but it is something we plan to do in the future. In the meantime, you can find the latest issues of Point.51 here.

How can I order Point.51 for my shop?

How do I submit my work to Point.51?

Point.51 regularly works with freelance journalists and photographers, and we are always keen to receive pitches and discuss ideas that might feature in a future issue of the magazine. You can find more information here.

Can I use images from Point.51 on my website?

The photographs that appear in Point.51 and on our website belong to the photographers that took them, but you can download a free-to-use image pack for each issue of the magazine here.

Can I request a review copy of Point.51?

Point.51 is happy to provide copies of the magazine for commissioned reviews. Please complete this form to request a review copy.

Public Libraries

If you are a librarian at a public library in the UK or Ireland, send us your mailing address and we’ll send you a complimentary copy of the magazine for your shelves.

My magazine hasn’t arrived – what should I do?

You can find estimated delivery times on our shipping page. If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery period has passed, please get in touch with us so we can sort it out for you.

My magazine is damaged – what should I do?

If your magazine has arrived damaged, we will be happy to send you a replacement. Please send us an email within seven days of receipt including photographs showing the damage and the packaging it arrived in.
