COVID-19 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING UPDATE: We have now resumed shipping to most countries. If delivery to your country is not available, please get in touch as we may be able to arrange this on a case-by-case basis.


Despatch times and costs

We will always work to ship your magazines as fast as possible, within 24 hours on working days.

Approximate shipping times:

UK
2-4 working days

Europe
5-10 working days

USA and Canada
7-12 working days

All other destinations
12-18 working days

UK orders are shipped Royal Mail First Class. International orders are sent via tracked services. UK shipping is free. You can calculate the cost for international shipping once you have added your items to the shopping cart – just enter the destination country to see prices and delivery options.

Due to postal restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain destinations. If you cannot find your destination at checkout, please contact us for information on delivery by courier. Delivery to remote areas may lead to increased delivery times. Please allow up to 28 working days for delivery to remote areas.

Duties and taxes

International packages may incur additional taxes, duties and fees. Point 51 Limited is legally required to enter the full value of orders on customs forms.

Refunds and returns

Orders can be cancelled prior to despatch only. Once your order has been shipped, the sale is considered final. If your magazines are damaged, incorrect, or defective then we will gladly arrange to replace them. Please see further details below.

What can I do if my order is damaged or I have received the wrong item?

If your order is damaged or incorrect, we will be happy to send you a replacement. If this happens, please send us an email including photographs showing the damaged or incorrect item, and the packaging it arrived in within seven days of receipt.
